With a vastly experienced Design/Surveying team, GC Architectural offer a wide ranging, comprehensive and Technical Service to potential customers in both Public and Private Sectors.

The Architectural Services offered by the Company range from small domestic Extensions, Alterations and Loft Conversions, to New Build Housing Schemes, Commercial/Industrial Buildings and the detailed Refurbishment of Historic Buildings within Conservation areas, including Listed Building Consents and the like.

All drawing work is carried out "in-house" on the organisation's 'CAD' system. With 2 full-time Architectural Technicians, together with 1 part-time Technical Design Assistant, the Company is capable of tackling a wide range of schemes simultaneously, with each varying enormously in terms of design, size and complexity.

In addition to the full range of Drawing/Design Services offered, G.C. Consulting can also assist with all types of surveying requirements, in terms of Building Surveying, Land Surveying, Structural Inspections, Schedules of Dilapidations for renovation/repair schemes and Drain/Sewer Inspections, etc.

The Design Team at GC Architectural is also vastly experienced, with its Director, Mr Gary Cooper, having spent almost 20 years working for Local Government, in both Architectural and Planned Maintenance positions. In addition to this, he has spent time working for a local Housing association as a Project Coordinator, running a multitude of different Maintenance Contracts. The 3 Technicians, who make up the remainder of the Design Team at GC Architectural, also have a large amount of experience between them, with expertise in a variety of different areas, such as the ability to produce Energy Surveys, "SAP" ratings, DDA Surveys, Audits and Reports, together with Specification writing, Schedules, Contract Monitoring and Supervision, etc.

The Company is also both publicly and professionally indemnified. Copies of all insurances can be provided, free of charge, upon request at any time. In addition to this and as a further demonstration of its competency, The Company is also registered on the Government's "Construction line" database as an Approved Consultant.
